Growing in Learning, Faith, and Independence
Growing Angels
Growing whole children. Supporting whole families. Building something different.
Growing Angels is a dream that has been growing in my heart for years. It is my vision for a faith-based, inclusive early learning center where children of all abilities learn, grow, and thrive together. A place where education, developmental support, family partnership, and compassionate care come together under one roof so every child has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.
Growing Angels is currently in the vision and planning phase. While I continue my education and professional development, I'm also building the curriculum, program model, and foundation needed to bring this dream to life over the next 5–8 years.
The Dream
What if children didn't have to choose?
What if high-quality early childhood education, behavior analysis, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, family support, and faith-based values could all work together in one collaborative environment?
Growing Angels is the answer to that question—a space where high-quality care meets developmental excellence.
Growing Angels & The Whole Person Framework
We believe every child is a whole person with unique needs, strengths, and spiritual value. Our framework applies this by looking beyond isolated skills, ensuring that every facet of a child's development—from emotional regulation to physical capability—is nurtured in harmony.
What Could Whole-Person Wellness Look Like for a Child?
Emotional Well-Being
Nurturing resilience, self-regulation, and a sense of internal security.
Communication & Connection
Building the tools for expressive language and meaningful relationships.
Lifelong Learning
Igniting curiosity and the cognitive foundation for future academic success.

Not Another Thing to Add to the Day
Incorporating developmental support shouldn't feel like a chore. It's about finding growth in the everyday vignettes of life.
"A shared laugh during snack time becomes a lesson in social cues."
"Waiting for a turn on the swing transforms into a quiet exercise in patience and self-regulation."
We see behavior as communication, not a problem to be solved. When we look beneath the surface, we find a child reaching out for understanding.
Instead of asking How do we stop this?, we ask What is this child trying to tell us?
The Child Is More Than a Behavior
Questions for Reflection
- Is there a physical need unmet?
- Is the environment overwhelming?
- Are they seeking connection or safety?
Supporting Different Ways of Growing
Inclusion isn't a program; it's a value. At Growing Angels, belonging is the baseline. We celebrate neurodiversity and different developmental paths as essential threads in the tapestry of our community.
The Vision for Growing Angels
More than a curriculum, this is a dream for a connected early childhood experience where services are integrated naturally into the child's daily rhythm rather than being separated into appointments.
The Core Elements

Where We Are Today
Growing Angels is in the foundation-building phase. We are dreaming, learning, and planning for a physical home to open in the coming years.
Who We Want to Learn From
We are looking to connect with educators, pediatricians, therapists, and families who share this vision for collaborative, whole-child care.
Possible Directions
From home-based pilot programs to identifying the right location, every day brings us closer to a permanent community center for our angels.
